Clamp Fittings, Adaptors & Hose Tails

Heavy Duty Clamp:

The standard heavy-duty clamp is offered in 316 stainless steel and is available from 1/2” to 12” sizes.  Two designs are offered as standard with single and double wing nut fastening arrangement.  High working pressures are achievable with this design of clamp and in some cases the wing nut can be replaced by a hexagon nut for added pressure capabilities and increased safety.

High-Pressure Clamp

The high-pressure range is available from 1” to 12” sizes and the clamps are supplied with two hexagonal nut as the securing mechanism.  The design is offered in 304 stainless steel and the nuts are supplied in brass as standard to avoid the galling problems experienced with stainless nuts.

Light Duty Clamp

Available from ½” to 6” in a single hinge pin design, the range covers most of the process pipeline size requirements.  Generally for lower pressure applications than the heavy-duty clamp, the light-duty design is still capable of exceeding the pressure requirements of BS 4825 Part 3 and offers an affordable alternative to the high specifiction heavy duty clamp.
