Aerre Inox manufacture and supply aseptic tank bottom valves for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications, the radial seated diaphragm valves combine the best features of a piston valve with the inherent cleanability of a standard flat diaphragm valve.

The available models are suitable for direct installation on the bottom of tanks and preparation reactors for product discharge; these valves guarantee the complete draining whilst reducing the “Dead Leg” to a minimum.

Available in different versions, such as to be welded directly to tank bottom, with TKC connection or with removable flange, and in different sizes, Aerre Inox aseptic tank bottom valves can be operated by manual or pneumatic actuator.

Process connection can be requested with butt weld ends or clamp BS 4825 / ASME BPE.

• All materials of construction conform to FDA and cGMP requirements.
• The valve is completely self-draining and without dead legs.
• All moving parts in the actuator are completely isolated from contact with the process.
