Tank Equipment – Sight Glasses, Vent Cowls & Level Gauges

Alchem Process Ltd now offer a range of pressure vessel clamps with both Flat Grip and Round Grip claw options.

Designed to be used with pressure vessels and tanks, pipelines, reactor vessels and autoclaves.  The clamps use hexagonal bolts and nuts as standard to close and secure the assembly into position, along machined grooves.

The clamps offer a quick release alternative to conventional bolting systems and avoid the need for the vessel closure to be flanged and drilled.  This allows the vessel to be smaller in diameter and also reduces the amount of material used and time taken to assemble and dismantle.

The bolt sizes range from M10 to M56

Available in a range of materials including:

• Carbon steel to ASTM A193 Gr B7
• Stainless Steel to AISI 316L SS / ASTM A193 Gr.B8M/ ASTM A182 F316L

Finishes:

• Yellow Passivation /  White Zinc Plating
• Passivation and Polishing

Certification:
