Tank Equipment – Sight Glasses, Vent Cowls & Level Gauges

Aerre Inox manufactures TKC stainless steel connections for tanks and sanitary plants in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetic, food & beverage and chemical sectors.

TKC connections are an extremely versatile solution, having a compact design and allowing the installation of accessories and/or clamp valves on the top, bottom or side part of a tank. Once installed, the device on the TKC is flush with the tank internal wall, avoiding the typical dead leg of the standard clamp ferrule. To have the same result also on the process lines, the TK IN-LINE is the ideal solution, available with clamp or butt weld connections, allowing the installation of the instrumentation avoiding the “Dead Leg”.

Function:
Hygienic device features a compact design that allow the installation of typical. Clamp-connections on top, bottom or side wall of a tank.
Once installed, the clamp gasket shuts off flush with the inside tank wall with a zero dead leg.
It gives better CIP/SIP (Cleaning In Place/Sterilisation In Place) performance.
Fit for clamped valves, sight glasses, sampling devices, manometer, tank bottom valves.
The equipment can be removed and the TK sealed with a standard blind cap.

Design:

The TK-Connection consists of:

• WELDING FLANGE drainable, in accordance with PED directive, available in different thickness and complete with BOLTS
• LOCKING RING split in two parts for easier mounting of the equipment and double safety
• NUTS in quantity of 4, 6, 8 (size dependent)

Standards:
The TK-Connection meets the following:

• ASTM A270 for pipe standard
• SMS 3008 for tube standard
• ISO 1127 Series 1 for tube standard
