Alchem Process Ltd offer a range of stainless steels fittings suitable for orbital welding in the aseptic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The range includes – equal tees, reducing tees, bends and both concentric and eccentric reducers.
Each fitting has extended tangents to allow use with orbital welding sets. The products are supplied in a range of different surface finishes to match the client requirements.
The range accommodates three tube sizes common to the industry, namely DIN11866 (Table A), ISO 1127 (Table B) and ASME BPE 2022 (Table C).
Available with optional lengths to suit Orbital and Manual Welding, these unions have been designed to match tube and pipe specifications in DIN 11850, ASME BPE 2022 and BS 4825 Part 1 and also ISO 1127 (DIN11866-B) for schedule pipe.
Size range: ½” to 4”
Materials: 316L SS (1.4404 and 1.4435)
