Alchem Process formed in July 2000 and is a firmly established supply and manufacturing company. We pride ourselves on providing engineering solutions, to the hygienic and sanitary process industries; including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Cosmetic, Food, Dairy and Beverage.

Our aim is to provide a flexible and comprehensive engineering service, based on over 20 years experience in the stainless steel, chemical process, tube and piping Industries.

Alchem Process specialises in stainless steel custom fabrications and offers a complementary range of process fittings, components and plant. Our portfolio includes items such as Wedge Wire Filters & Strainers, Tank Manways, Hatches & Doors; Clamp Ferrules, Seals & Clamps; Thick Walled Tank Ferrules & Clamp Adapters; Hygienic Fittings to DIN 11851, DIN 11864, RJT, SMS and IDF standards.

We offer a range of pharmaceutical grade Sight Glasses, Sample Valves, Diaphragm Valves and Non-Return Valves supplemented by Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Multi-Port Diverter Valves, Plug Valves, Pressure Relief Valves and Control Valves.

In addition to our comprehensive range of atmospheric and PED 97/23/CE approved Manways we also offer a range of tank equipment and accessories including Tank Bottom Valves; Thick Walled Tank Ferrules & Nozzles, Level Gauges, Sight Glasses & Rectangular View Glasses; Flexible Hoses and CIP Products including Sprayballs & Rotating Heads.
